We accept returns only under the following conditions:

• The product is damaged or defective upon delivery.

• The wrong product was delivered.

• The product is unused, in original packaging, and returned within 7 days of delivery.

Please note: Custom-cut or specially ordered tapes are non-returnable unless defective.

3. Refund Policy

Refunds are processed only:

• After the returned item is received and inspected

• If the return meets all eligibility criteria

Refund method:

• Prepaid orders: refunded to the original payment method

• Cash on Delivery: refunded via UPI or bank transfer (as provided by the customer)

Processing time: 7–10 business days after return approval.

• If the return is due to our error (defective or wrong product), return shipping is free.
